Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately and completely enter customer's order details into the system without mistake
• Confirm the account number and other details to guarantee that the payment is being received by the correct recipient
• In charge of defending against the theft of cash and other forms of legal tender
• Abide by the Company's regulations and standards when creating daily deposits
• Be attentive to answering phone calls and providing courteous and timely responses to all their questions
• Arrange the delivery itinerary in a seamless manner that is in sync with the customers' availability and complies with the company's protocols
• Continue to oversee pending orders and courteously communicate their status with customers
• Generate daily reports that are in accordance with the Company's preferences and guidelines
• Keep the showroom clean and organized to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• Be prepared to help the Office Manager whenever they may need it

Listen carefully to customer feedback, and be willing to make changes to improve the shopping experience:

• Without a High School diploma or GED, individuals cannot apply for this role
• Exhibiting excellent business insight and superb verbal and listening abilities
• The ability to navigate software like Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is an essential skill in today's technology-driven workforce
• Well-versed in cash handling abilities and Capable of accurate numerical computation
• Having a positive attitude, being approachable, and showing interest in others are also key elements of possessing strong interpersonal and human relations skills
• A talent for examining and mitigating complex problems
• The ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or vendors requires sound judgment and decision-making skills, combined with empathy and customer service
• Expected to frequently lift or carry loads that do not exceed 25 pounds
• Having the ability to speak two languages fluently is a valuable attribute
