Job Responsibilities:

• Guarantee the system is updated flawlessly with customer order details
• Promptly transfer the payment to the accurate accounts based on the instructions given
• Tasked with safeguarding the security of currency and other authorized means of payment
• Comply with the Company's expectations and guidelines for preparing deposits on a daily basis
• Ensure that all incoming phone calls are attended to in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner
• Manage the delivery plan so that it is flexible for the customers and meets all the criteria outlined by the organization
• Sustain all active requests and kindly inform clients about their progress
• Comply with the Company's regulations and conduct daily reporting in accordance with their standards
• Use social media and other marketing channels to promote new products and sales events, generating interest and driving traffic to the showroom
• Provide support to the Office Manager as and when required

Be able to work independently as well as part of a team to meet store objectives:

• To qualify, the candidate must have completed High School or obtained a GED
• Possessing superior business acuity and outstanding spoken and aural proficiencies
• In our current digital age, possessing computer literacy and advanced knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is an absolute must
• Adept at managing cash transactions and Highly skilled at numerical manipulation
• Individuals with exceptional interpersonal and human relations abilities are adept at negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict management, allowing them to work effectively in stressful situations
• A track record of applying analytical skills to resolve challenging issues
• Exercising sound judgment and making informed decisions helps to ensure customer or vendor satisfaction when addressing their inquiries or complaints
• Consistently able to handle objects that weigh 25 pounds or less without assistance
• Being multilingual can open doors to a wider range of employment options
