Responsibilities:

• Provide multiple convenient avenues for customers to submit their orders, including in-person and over the phone.
• Conduct sales and complete transactions with guests through the register.
• Don't shy away from helping other stations in times of need.
• Regular food safety training can familiarize employees with safety protocols and further minimize the risks of foodborne illnesses
• Effective problem-solving skills are crucial for addressing customer complaints and ensuring that their needs are met. When employees can think critically and come up with creative solutions to challenges, they can help prevent issues from escalating
• Ensure that all pizzas are prepared with fresh and clean equipment to maintain high levels of hygiene
• Craft pizzas when called for
