As a Back of Assistant Cook with Chick-fil-A, you will have a pivotal role in upholding the standards for food preparation and service quality. Your duties will encompass tasks such as meal preparation, assembly, and presentation according to the Chick-fil-A guidelines. Responsibilities:

• Prepare food in a safe and efficient manner, then cook and assemble it
• Acquire proficiency in various kitchen sections like prepping, coating, frying, plating, and organizing
• It is essential to uphold cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen continually
• Ensure that supplies and ingredients are restocked promptly as necessary
• Abide by the food safety and sanitation protocols set forth by Chick-fil-A
• Familiarize yourself with and implement the latest menu launches and training guidelines
• Report any equipment malfunctions promptly to the appropriate authorities
• Accomplish the specified responsibilities for the start or end of business hours
• Comply with the company's regulations, procedures, and dress code expectations
• Fulfill any other responsibilities as designated

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient interpersonal and communication aptitude
• Skilled at handling various responsibilities simultaneously and keeping things structured in a high-speed atmosphere
• Skilled in both independent and team-based work environments

• - The individual should be capable of regularly lifting items weighing 45 to 50 pounds
• Capable of being on one's feet for extended periods
• Previous experience is not necessary; the correct candidate will receive training

Salary:

• The hourly wage offered is between $17.00 and $18.00, commensurate with the candidate's background and time availability
