Job Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe customer demands into the system precisely and comprehensively
  • Verify all necessary data accurately before submitting the payment transfer
  • Accountable for the protection of cash and other legitimate modes of transaction
  • Conform to the Company's policies and procedures while preparing deposits daily
  • Respond to phone calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel respected and valued
  • Plan the delivery timetable keeping in mind the convenience of the customers and adhering to the company's policies
  • Maintain outstanding orders and pleasantly inform customers of their progress
  • Conform to the Company's policies and procedures and create daily reports as per their requirements
  • Assist with stocking and ensuring product availability, so that customers always have access to the items they want to purchase
  • Offer your services to the Office Manager as needed

Ensure all merchandise is accurately priced and labeled, and that store displays are attractive and well-maintained:

  • It is imperative that the applicant has a High School diploma or GED
  • Having a great grasp on business principles and exceptional speaking and auditory skills
  • A comprehensive understanding and proficient use of software programs like Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are indispensable in today's computerized era
  • Proficient in cash handling skills and Able to accurately compute numerical values such as discounts, interest, commission, percentages, area, etc
  • Developing transparency, trust, and mutual respect while working collaboratively is a clear indication of an individual possessing strong interpersonal and human relations expertise
  • A demonstrated talent for resolving complex issues through analysis
  • Successfully responding to customers or vendors' inquiries and complaints requires the ability to use sound judgment and make effective decisions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Must possess the physical strength to lift or move objects that weigh up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
  • Being able to communicate in more than one language is a great skill to have
