• Fulfill the role of the main contact for any inquiries pertaining to WM's education benefits program.
• Deliver exceptional customer support to employees by providing guidance throughout the application process for education benefits and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Ensure that your colleagues are informed about the program's various educational opportunities, including bachelor's degrees in business, technology, science, and mathematics, as well as career-enriching professional certificates.
• Facilitate staff members' access to programs that assist in completing high school and preparing for college, promoting their path towards higher education.
• Our goal is to help individuals achieve success in their academic pursuits. Whether you are pursuing a master's degree in business administration or another field, our team can provide the guidance and support you need to succeed.
• Align with relevant divisions to facilitate the hassle-free processing of tuition payments and the reimbursement of textbook and course fees.
• Thoroughly document employee participation in the educational benefit program and monitor their progress towards completing a degree or certification.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is considered to be a desirable qualification.
• It is useful to have prior background in customer service or a relevant career field.
• Capable of conveying information accurately and persuasively through various modes of communication, including writing and public speaking.
• Displays exceptional capabilities in creating a favorable environment that encourages trust among team members through strong interpersonal skills.
• With a knack for being detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
• Experienced in performing well in a team or independently under the pressure of a fast-paced working environment.
• Knowing about educational institutions and their curriculums is a valuable asset.
